Eusipa

Eusipa is the first and only pan European organisation created to promote the interests of the structured investment products market which has grown strongly throughout Europe over the past years, despite recent setbacks. The aim of the umbrella association is to coordinate future transparency initiatives at the European level and so create uniform standards in Europe. Through Eusipa, market participants can engage in direct discussions with the decision makers at European level. Eusipa is an international not-for-profit association under Belgian law based in Brussels. UKSPA has been a member of EUSIPA since March 2016.

The UK Structured Products Association ('UKSPA') is a membership organisation established by the leading manufacturers of structured products in the UK. UKSPA provides a unified voice for its members, working with regulators, financial advisers and other trade bodies. It serves a number of important functions, including engaging with regulators, developing best practice guidelines, educating the investment community and providing a useful source of information for manufacturers, financial advisers and retail investors within the UK.
