Nominee

A company whose name a Structured Product is held in, whilst leaving the investor as the actual owner of the Structured Product.

Non-Protected Products

Non-protected products are those where the repayment of capital at maturity depends on the performance of an Underlying (or Underlyings) , as well as counterparty risk.
