UKSPA Welcomes Bank of America (BofA) as new member

13 June 2023: Today, the UK Structured Products Association ("UKSPA") announces that Bank of America will join as a new member with immediate effect. This brings the total membership of the UKSPA to 21 firms, and further consolidates the position of UKSPA as an important and influential body representing the structured product industry.

Bank of America is one of the world's leading financial institutions with a full range of banking, investment management and other financial and risk management products and services.

Zak De Mariveles, Chairman of the UKSPA, comments on the new member: "We are delighted to welcome Bank of America, a leading global financial institution, as a member of UKSPA. Our membership has been growing steadily since our inception in 2009 and we now represent the significant majority of those involved in the UK structured products market. This gives our members the unique opportunity to collaborate on building best practice for our industry and support and educate the wider investment community on the benefits of structured products."

The UK Structured Products Association ('UKSPA') is a membership organisation established by the leading manufacturers of structured products in the UK. UKSPA provides a unified voice for its members, working with regulators, financial advisers and other trade bodies. It serves a number of important functions, including engaging with regulators, developing best practice guidelines, educating the investment community and providing a useful source of information for manufacturers, financial advisers and retail investors within the UK.
