Use of the UKSPA Product Review Website (the "Website") is bound by the terms and conditions below. Be registering to use the website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Purpose

The Website provides information free-of-charge on structured products issued for retail investors in the UK. It is maintained by the UK Structured Products Association Ltd ("UKSPA") of Brookwood House, 84 Brookwood Road, London SW18 5BY, a company registered in England & Wales (No. 08867638).

Intended Audience

The Website is intended only for use by financial advisers who are regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority. The Website is not designed for use by retail investors, who should instead seek the advice of an authorised financial adviser. The Website and its contents are not directed to users outside of the UK. Specifically, the information on this site it not an offer to buy or sell investment products in the United States of America.

Information made available on the Website should not be considered as investment advice or any form of personal recommendation to purchase the products described.

No Offer

None of the information contained in the Website constitutes an offer by UKSPA or any of the product providers to buy or sell any of the products listed, or to participate in any other investment strategy.

The information available on the Website is provided for information purposes only. No marketing, offer, sale or recommendation to buy any of the products listed on the Website should be undertaken before contacting the relevant product provider and agreeing the terms applicable to such marketing, offer, sale or recommendation. Under no circumstance can users who market, offer, sell or recommend any of the product listed on the Website hold themselves as agent of any product provider.

Registration

During the registration process for the Website, you must provide accurate and compete information. It is your responsibility to inform UKSPA if that information changes by emailing moc/noitaicossapsku//ofni.

Please keep the password you have selected when registering for an account confidential and notify UKSPA immediately if you become aware of any disclosure of your password. You will be responsible for any activity on the Website arising out of any failure to keep your password confidential, and may be liable for any losses incurred.

You must notify UKSPA immediately if you are aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

UKSPA own the copyright and other intellectual property rights of the information included on the Website, and all the copyright and intellectual property rights are reserved. You cannot reproduce or quote information from the Website without the prior written permission of UKSPA. Provided such permission is granted, you must state that the information is provided for general use only and it may not be used for commercial use.

Content

UKSPA member firms pay a fixed fee to UKSPA to have information on their products included on the Website. The list of products shown does not necessarily always reflect all products currently available in the marketplace.

Privacy

UKSPA reserves the right to contact those registered for the Website via email. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to UKSPA updating you via email. You can request to be removed from the email list at any time, by emailing moc/noitaicossapsku//ofni detailing your request. There will also be an unsubscribe link included at the end of each email communication that UKSPA send to you.

The Website uses cookies, which are used for tracking site use so that UKSPA can improve your experience on the Website. By using the Website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to UKSPA's use of cookies. To find out more about cookies, please visit www.allaboutcookies.org.

Cancellation

UKSPA reserve the right to restrict or cancel the access of any user who has registered for the Website in its sole discretion and without giving notice, or to alter or terminate the Website at any time.

You may view information, download pages, print pages and download documents from the Website, provided that no content is modified in any way. UKSPA reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas of the Website at its discretion; in such cases, you must not attempt to bypass any access restriction measures on the Website.

You must not use the Website is nay way that is unlawful, illegal or fraudulent, not use the Website to copy, store or distribute any malicious computer software.

You may not distribute your log in information to another person, nor may you allow any other person to access the Website using your registration information.

The information included on the Website is taken from sources that UKSPA deems to be reliable. Whilst UKSPA strives to maintain accuracy of information, no guarantee is made that the information is complete or accurate and it should not be relied up as such.

No liability whatsoever is accepted for any loss or expense incurred from using any part of the Website and no part of the Website constitutes either investment advice or tax advice, nor should it be relied up for any purpose.

Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude any liability for fraud, or limit any liabilities in a way that is not permitted under applicable law.

The Website includes links to third party websites. Whilst UKSPA endeavours to keep these links up-to-date, UKSPA does not accept any liability for any errors or omissions in this information. UKSPA has no control over the content of third party websites and accepts no responsibility of any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Variations

UKSPA may revise these terms and conditions from time to time, and any such revision will be applicable from the date that UKSPA notify you of such a revision. If you do not agree to a variation of these terms and conditions, your access to the Website will be revoked.

If UKSPA update these terms and conditions, the version to which you originally agreed will no longer be available on the Website. UKSPA therefore strongly recommends that you save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the case of any dispute regarding them.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions (and any amendments as notified) set out all the provisions of the Website. You agree that if any part of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court, this will not affect the rest of the terms and conditions, which will remain in full force and effect.

The UK Structured Products Association ('UKSPA') is a membership organisation established by the leading manufacturers of structured products in the UK. UKSPA provides a unified voice for its members, working with regulators, financial advisers and other trade bodies.
