UKSPA welcomes Goldman Sachs as newest member
27 July 2021: Today, the UK Structured Products Association ("UKSPA") announces that Goldman Sachs will join as a new member with immediate effect. This brings the total membership of the UKSPA to 18 firms and affirms the position of the UKSPA as an important and influential industry body. 

Goldman Sachs is a leading investment banking, securities and investment management firm that provides a wide range of services worldwide to a substantial and diversified client base. In the UK, they issue both securities-based structured products and also structured deposits via their subsidiary, Goldman Sachs International Bank. 

Zak De Mariveles, Chairman of the UKSPA, comments on the new member: "The UK structured products industry has developed considerably over the past decade, with the UKSPA playing an essential role. Goldman Sachs is a leading global financial institution with significant experience in structured products and we are delighted to see them work with us to develop the industry further, consolidating our role as the leading voice of the UK structured product industry."

Peter Hall, Head of EMEA Structured Products Origination at Goldman Sachs said: "We're delighted to join the UKSPA and look forward to working with the association and its members to further enhance the structured products market in the UK."

The UK Structured Products Association ('UKSPA') is a membership organisation established by the leading manufacturers of structured products in the UK. UKSPA provides a unified voice for its members, working with regulators, financial advisers and other trade bodies.
