Gearing

Is the amount of participation that an investor will receive in the performance of the Underlying. For example, a Gearing of 150% means that investors will receive 150% of the Underlyingâ€™s performance. Please also see â€˜Leverageâ€™.

Growth Products

Growth products are those that offer a potential growth return, to be paid when the product matures. See also 'Product Type'.

Guarantor

Is the company that guarantees the securities that make up a Structured Product if the Issuer is unable to fulfil its obligations.
